Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.

If you just require a companion to attend the show and you are ok with standing or going up stairs to the balcony seating please book a ticket of your choice with Ticketmaster and contact [email protected] with your reference number within the hour of booking. Please explain what your needs are for a companion ticket.
If you require the wheelchair accessible platform please reserve your space with the venue before booking your ticket, your space can only be reserved by emailing [email protected] and these are offered on a first come first served basis. The venue is unable to offer a companion ticket once the show has sold out and cannot issue them on secondary market sales.

Parking
There's some street parking locally, so check the pay and display options on Milk Street and Coventry Street nearby if you travel by car. The Bullring car park has hundreds of spaces. Entrances are on Smallbrook Queensway and Park Street. The Mailbox car park is also close at Wharfside Street, enter B1 1RD or Royal Mail Street into sat nav and we're around 600 metres away.
