We welcome guests who are D/deaf or have a disability at Reading and we are working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible for everyone. Read about accessibility on our event web page. https://www.readingfestival.com/information/
Companion Tickets: We operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible guests. If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket.
If you do not fit the criteria for a Companion ticket but still wish to bring someone and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make a ticket available to book.
Please contact the Access Team if the access customer is a child, to find out how to apply for a companion ticket.
Accessibility Facilities: Accessible facilities include accessible toilets, companion tickets, a viewing platform, BSL Interpreting Services. You can find more on our event web page https://www.readingfestival.com/information/
To apply for any of these, first book your relevant ticket, then register via our Access Requirements Form. To register, please visit https://www.readingfestival.com/information-category/access/
