Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.

There are 6 spaces in the stalls on which priority is given to wheelchair users, There is an accessible toilet in the ground floor foyer, There are two blue badge parking spaces on College Street and most parking meters are free to blue badge holders. Level access to the auditorium is via College Street.
The balcony seating is accessible via steps only so not recommend for patrons with mobility issues
Parking
NCP operate a number of car parks close to the City Hall, and spaces for your visit can be pre-booked. John Dobson Street is open until 11.29pm and Carliol Square (which has pedestrian access onto Pilgrim Street) is open 24hrs. There are five parking spaces for blue badge holders in College Street Car Park, and a number of spaces a short distance away on John Dobson Street, close to NCP Car Park. Most parking meters in the local vicinity are free to blue badge holders.
