Children
Children up to the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be no baby changing or creche facilities on site.

Access customers should purchase a standard ticket from Ticketmaster (Weekend, Islander). If you are applying for a free carer ticket please do not buy the carer ticket as we will not be able to refund it. If you need a teen ticket please indicate on the confirmation form and we will send you a link to buy the ticket. We will not be issuing carer tickets for children 12 years and under as of 20 June 2024.
Once the ticket is purchased, please print off the Confirmation Form found here on our website (link to access info page) complete the form in full and then scan or photograph the form and email it to [email protected] along with your PIP/DLA letter and email confirmation of your Ticketmaster booking. Applications without these 3 components will not be considered.
If you wish to buy a campervan permit please ticket the box on the confirmation form, please do not purchase a standard campervan ticket.

Parking
Nearby parking is very limited and ticket holders are advised to take the shuttle bus.
