However, please be aware that this is an outdoor event predominantly on grass and as such may present challenges for those with serious mobility issues and wheelchair users.
Wheelchairs should be able to access most areas without too much trouble but if it rains it may get muddy and access around the site will be very difficult.

All cars should be removed from the car park by midnight on 13 July 2013.
