The three venues in The Academy are fully wheelchair accessible, with an elevator installed to look after any patron who requests it. Access customers can book General Admission tickets via Ticketmaster, then email [email protected] with details of the date & show they will be attending, and the venue will ensure they are looked after on the night.
If an access customer has verified a requirement for an attendant with Ticketmasters accessible database, they can email the promoter at [email protected] to enquire whether an attendant ticket refund is possible. This is not always available on every show, so will need to be requested on a case by case basis. All enquiries should include their order reference number and their Ticketmaster AAR number.
Parking
There are two public car parks in the area one is located at Jurys Hotel Custom House Quay . The second is located at the Irish Life Mall building.
