The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
The lift in the Arts Wing allows access to all floors of the theatre including the Grand Circle in the main auditorium. There is level access for wheelchairs into the stalls and also into the Footlights Bar.
There are 5 wheelchair spaces in the stalls and 2 in the Grand Circle.
Once carer can go free with a patron who needs assistance.
Disabled parking spaces are available in local car parks.
To enhance sound reception for the hearing impaired, the loop system is available and sign language interpreted performances for certain shows. There are also Audio Description facilities for certain shows.
