For the majority of events, guests are NOT permitted to photograph or record an event using video, audio recording, or still cameras of any kind. The use of flash photography and professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses in excess of 75mm) is strictly prohibited by promoters/production companies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who possesses such equipment.

Parking is located in both the front (west) and the back (east) of the Cold Lake Energy Centre. Parking at the venue is free.
