There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for Broadway In Chicago events. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. No outside food or beverages allowed.
Children
For most productions children under 5 are not permitted for the courtesy of the other patrons. Everyone is required to have a ticket.
ADA (Disability)
For wheelchair accessible seating please call the box office at 312-977-1700 ext. 1259. ELEVATOR: There is no elevator access to the dress circle level of the theatre. There is elevator access to the mezzanine and balcony levels. However, once the patron gets to their level, they will need to go up or down stairs as each row is on a different step.
