Fair Admission is NOT included with event ticket purchase. Admission fee is required to enter the fairgrounds and to attend ticketed events for all ages 13 & over. Cameras are allowed into the fair, but not into the Grandstand. Recording devices are not permitted into the Grandstand. General Track area is a Standing Room Only / General Admission area. Children
Everyone 3 and older must have a ticket for Grandstand events. If child under 3 will be attending, child must sit on adult lap in Reserved Seating areas (if separate seat is required for child, ticket must be purchased). Children attending in General Track (Standing Room Only) area, requires a Waiver (available thru box office) to be signed by parent/adult.
ADA (Disability)
Accessible tickets are available through Ticketmaster and can also be purchased through the IL State Fair box office once opened in June. Only one companion seat per accessible seat may be purchased in the accessible area. All Walkway accessible seating, (Double Letter Section Row 7 areas) includes both Wheelchair and Companion listed spots, have folding chairs that can be moved, if necessary, for wheelchair. Wheelchair accessible spots in North Reviewing Stand section, are open spaces (no chair), with a fixed seat (non removable) for the companion seat. Please call box office for any questions. Sign language interpreter is provided for every Illinois State Fair Grandstand concert event.
