The Curran Theatre allows: * No cameras * No recorders * No smoking * The Curran Theatre reserves the right to seat late patronsĀ at managements discression. * All pages, cell phones, watches, and similar devices shouldĀ be turned off or to vibrate during performances. * There is no dress code at the Curran Theatre. Most attendeesĀ dress as if going for a meal at a nice restaurant.
Children
There are no children under 5 years old admitted into the theatre. This includes babies held in a parents arms. All attendees must have a ticket.
ADA (Disability)
The accessible seats are in the Orchestra section, as there are no elevators at the Curran. The seats are sold at the lowest price for each performance. A companion may purchase a ticket at the same price. The Curran offers Sennheiser Infra-Red headsets for the hearing impaired. They are available in the lobby before the performance and may not be reserved in advance. There is a limited number available. Parking
Limited street parking is available. Be careful of any signs indicating illegal parking, as many spaces are for truck unloading only, or must be cleared by 4:00pm for commute times. Meters run Monday through Saturday until 6:00pm. Also, there are many public and private lots in the area, such as: Downtown Center Garage at OFarrell and Mason St. This is the closest garage to the Curran Theatre. Ellis-OFarrell Garage is also nearby. There is a large pay lot underneath Union Square, enter on Post. There are also pay lots at the corner of Taylor and OFarrell, and at Sutter-Stockton.
