Doors to the Cintas Center arena open 90 minutes prior to men's basketball games, 60 minutes prior to all other events. Recording devices are not permitted.
Children
Children under 2 years old who will sit on a parent or guardian's lap do not need a ticket for entry.

Parking
There are several XU-operated lots within walking distance of the Cintas Center. Lots C2, C3, and C4 are located on the east side of the Cintas Center. Passes are required to park in these lots for men s basketball games, but they are open for all other events. Lots A, B, D, E, F, G, H and I are located along Dana Avenue and are open to the public for Cintas Center events.
