Smoking is not allowed in the facility. There are designated smoking areas. Things you cannot bring in: Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, glass bottles or aluminum cans, ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers, cameras or recording devices, sticks or clubs, fireworks, firearms or other weapons, bullhorns or noise makers, confetti, animals (except service dogs for the disabled), beachballs, outside food or beverages, stakeboards or rollerblades, water bottles or mugs.
Children
Children 2 and under are free when sitting on adult's lap to most events. This policy may vary by show.

The Center features accessible seating and companion seating at all levels, convenient accessible parking, shuttles with accessible seating and parking, and an Assisted Listening system. To obtain more detailed information regarding our services, you may pick up a copy of our Accessibility Guide at Guest Services during events or contact the Ted Constant Convocation Center's Box Office at (757)683-4444.
Parking
The main parking garage is located on the corner of Hampton Blvd and 43rd St (across 43rd St on the south end of the facility). There is accessible parking in the garage facility. Overflow parking is on the Old Dominion University parking garage located on the corner of 43rd St and Elkhorn Ave. This garage is one block from the facility and will have shuttle transportation to the facility. There is a parking charge of $1.00 on all tickets purchased for events at the facility. There will be no additional parking fee at the garages.
