Doors will typically open 1 hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket. However, all door times are subject to change. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: • No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted within the Theater. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: • Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length • Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind • Interchangeable lenses of any kind • Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks
Children
For all concert events, all guests— including children— are required to have a ticket to enter the arena.
ADA (Disability)
Entrance: From Parking Lot C (accessible by taking Fort Dearborn Drive north from 31st Street) Arie Crown Theater is wheelchair accessible. Use ramps from Parking Lot C to navigate to McCormick Place, Lakeside Center and then into Arie Crown Theater.
Patrons with disabilities can also be dropped off at Gate 31 (Fort Dearborn Drive north from 31st Street, past Parking Lot C).
Patrons can obtain infrared, assistive listening devices by inquiring with any of Arie Crown's ushers. Assistive listening devices can be secured by leaving a photo ID or credit card and are free of charge.

Parking Information: Parking is available at any McCormick Place Parking Garage for $25.00. The closest garage to the Wintrust Arena is Parking Lot A, located just south of the arena at 2301 S. Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. The closest garage is Arie Crown Theater is Parking Lot C, located just south of the theater at 2227 S. Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
