Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18s events are 13 to 17yrs only Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID will be required)

All wheelchair and ambulant customers will need to book a general admission ticket with Ticketmaster and they can take a carer to the event for free.
They will need to arrive at the venue early for when the doors open and a member of staff will seat them on a raised area near the stage.
