All ticket sales are FINAL, NO Refunds or Exchanges. Recorders are never permitted and cameras are only permitted at select shows. All pocketbooks and personal carrying cases of patrons entering the Salem Civic Center or the Salem Stadium will be searched. All backpacks, coolers, packages and containers of any kind are prohibited. *Football fans who leave the stadium will be required to pay full ticket price upon re-entering the stadium, and if they are carrying pocketbooks and personal carrying cases, those items will be searched on their return.
Children
In general, children under two not occupying a seat are free. Exceptions to this policy are Sesame Street Live - please see event detail page for age restrictions on these events.

Parking
Plenty of free parking @ facility. Accessible parking is available. Preferred Parking (PP) available on select events (Fee applies). PP is located on the Salem Red Sox side of the building. When selecting seats, the even numbered sections on the concourse will be the closest.
