CAMERAS: No professional cameras (detachable lenses). Personal cameras (small digital cameras or point-and-click) will be allowed. RECORDING DEVICES: No Audio or Video recording of any kind will be allowed.
Children
Children ages 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a wristband wearing adult. There is no limit to the number of children per adult but it is within the discretion of the security and front gate staff. Children must have purchased a VIP wristband in order to enter any VIP area.

This is a general admission event with accessible accomodations on site, please purchase any ticket.
Parking
General parking at the Festival site will be limited. ADA parking onsite will be limited. There will be bicycle parking available at Kellogg Park on Kellogg and Wabasha and near the main gate on Water Street.
